A Sneak Peek of Your Role 🔭

As our VP, Sales at Instinct, you will drive achievement for all revenue targets for our practice management and decision support tools. While you’ll manage a sales team, you should also want to roll up your sleeves and execute as well. Under your leadership, you’ll optimize the functioning of your team, ensuring proper prospecting and pipeline management. 


What You’ll Do 🐱💻

  • Become a subject matter expert on our practice management platforms, our decision support products, the animal healthcare market that we serve, as well as any opportunities that lie ahead
  • Manage the existing team, ensuring all members are focused on the right products and right customers
  • Develop an outbound sales motion, which will include building out a sales development team
  • Collaborate with leadership on developing a strategy for selling into different customer segments, including consolidators
  • Achieve sales and expansion targets on a quarterly and annual basis

    • B2B SaaS enterprise and SMB sales experience
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • 10+ years of sales experience and 5+ years in leadership
    • Experience within animal or human healthcare technology industries, specifically selling into hospitals or hospital systems

Base Compensation range for this role is $180,000-$200,000. This role will also include a variable compensation component.
