The RevOps Systems Administrator is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and administration of the RevOps tech stack. This role will lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of systems and processes to enable efficient and scalable operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The RevOps Systems Administrator will partner with RevOps Leadership to translate business objectives into technology solutions that drive revenue growth, improve team productivity, and deliver actionable insights. A successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, business acumen, and a passion for optimizing revenue operations.What You’ll Do 🐱💻
- Develop and execute the strategy for the RevOps tech stack, ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals and scalability.
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of key RevOps systems, including but not limited to HubSpot (CRM), Recurly, Intercom, Clay, Wrike, Mixpanel, and Omeda.
- Lead the translation of complex business requirements into scalable systems architecture, considering both current needs and future growth.
- Drive continuous improvement of RevOps systems and processes, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.
- Manage the full lifecycle of systems-related projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, scoping, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the RevOps systems architecture supports robust reporting and analytics, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions across the revenue organization.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all RevOps systems and tools.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to enhance the RevOps tech stack.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and deliver systems and technology training programs to RevOps teams to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Build out a team of systems administrators/specialists as the business scales for growth
- Provide hands-on CRM administration and support until a dedicated resource is hired. Tasks include:
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Configure and maintain CRM workflows and automation
- Provide CRM support and troubleshooting to end-users
- Ensure data integrity and perform data cleansing
Who You Are 🐱💻
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps systems administration and business process operations, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Expert proficiency in core revenue tech stack technologies, with specialization in Hubspot CRM administration and a willingness to perform hands-on tasks
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex RevOps systems architectures.
- Experience leading data integration and data warehousing projects is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Base Compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000
