A Sneak Peek of Your Role 🔭
As the Education Manager, you will lead the charge in curating and updating educational content for Instinct’s training materials, user guides, videos, and the learning management system. Your role is crucial in ensuring that Instinct’s educational resources teach, captivate, and enlighten all our valued customers.
What You’ll Do 🐱💻
- Oversee the daily operations of the educational resources, including user management, course creation, content updates, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Supervise the development and upkeep of educational resources that are informative and engrossing, while also aligning seamlessly with the Instinct brand
- Work closely with internal subject matter experts to create engaging and effective e-learning courses that align with Instincts goals and objectives
- Track and analyze student data to measure training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the strategic communication and promotional strategies for our educational programs and content
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in the field of adult learning, and incorporate your learnings into you day-to-day work
Who You Are 🐱💻
- Must Haves:
- Past experience as a education program manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and applying key components to educational materials to engage users of any learning style
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Robust problem solving skills including the ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations
- Proven organization skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Avid willingness to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experienced in overseeing and maintaining an learning management system
- SaaS industry experience
- An understanding of veterinary terminology and advanced veterinary workflows
- Knowledge and insight of the Instinct software platforms

Base Compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000
