A Sneak Peek of Your Role 🔭
This role will help the Clinician's Brief Media Sales team with all pre- and post-sales order coordination as well as general administrative support for media and custom marketing programs.This job, and the team at Instinct, is remote.
What You’ll Do 🐱💻
- Handle pre- and post-sale coordination of all standard media orders and custom marketing contracts, to include:
- Oversight of available inventory, print and digital
- Management of orders within the CRM
- Manage custom print quote requests and production reports
- Print and digital creative reminders and collection
- Print and digital ad lists for all products
- Trafficking of all creative elements to proper people and systems
- Tracking of revenue recognition based on tactic run date
- Invoicing requirements and sign-off
- Proposal creation
- Provide general administrative support to the revenue team and post-sale customer service to all clients.
- Assist in sales projects and other related initiatives as they develop
Who You Are 🐱💻
- Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with specialization in business, analytics, marketing
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with Google suites and familiar working with a CRM
- Experience working with complex print and digital media orders

Base Compensation range for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 annually.
