A Sneak Peek of Your Role 🔭
The Account Director, Media Sales will be responsible for driving media sales with the goal of meeting or exceeding forecasted revenue goals. You’ll be hands-on with your clients. You’ll know the ins and outs of each account and recommend solutions that will help your clients grow their business. Your ability to develop integrated, multi-platform, data-driven media and custom marketing programs will be key to winning repeat and new business.
What You’ll Do 🐱💻
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts
- Identify and develop new relationships within existing accounts
- Brainstorm and implement ideas and strategies for business planning and increasing sales within your territory
- Develop a deep understanding of the current book of business for each account
- Gain mastery in industry categories to engage our clients
- Proactively strategize with both clients and agency counterparts to find new opportunities within accounts
- Prospect and grow new business within assigned territory
Who You Are 🐱💻
- Must Haves:
- Extensive knowledge of digital/multimedia platforms and digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Strong influential and leadership skills
- Consultative selling background and client proposals
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and analytical skill
- Comfortable working within an fast-paced and changing environment
- CRM experience
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva
- Nice-to-Haves:
- 5+ years of media sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field
- Animal health industry experience a plus

Base Compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. This role will also include a variable compensation component.
