This job, and the team at Instinct, is remote.
As a Sales Development Representative you will work to support our sales team by generating leads and setting meetings.What You’ll Do 🐱💻
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct research to identify and target potential clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers via phone, email, and at trade shows
- Schedule qualified meetings and/or product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
Who You Are 🐱💻
- Must Haves:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Desire to meet and exceed goals
- Experience working between multiple software systems (CRM, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
- Ability to build rapport with others quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience and calling and emailing out to customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-up and follow through
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Vet industry experience
- HubSpot experience

Total Compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 annually. This represents a mix of base salary and variable pay dependent on performance.
